An abstracts system that reviewers and submitters love to use
We broke down the call for abstracts into three stages. First, your event's potential speakers submit their documents.
Second, your organization's reviewers evaluate the submissions based on your organization's criteria.
Forget about manually entering call for conference abstracts data into spreadsheets, sending a thousand emails, and filling your desk with a million sticky notes. Everything submitted to the Abstract Scorecard is collected and stored on our secure servers, in the cloud. You have instant access to the system anytime, anywhere.
CadmiumCD created the Abstract Scorecard to help event planners manage the submission, review, selection, and scheduling process for conference abstracts, awards, and grants. The Abstract Scorecard will allow you to toss spreadsheets aside and make managing your conference abstracts a breeze.
The Abstract Scorecard is only step one in the world's most powerful meeting management system. Anything you collect in the Scorecard can be integrated with the Conference Harvester® speaker & exhibitor management tool, as well as CadmiumCD's eventScribe® event technology. CadmiumCD's Abstract Scorecard is an easy-to-use conference abstracts collection software with three distinct stages. The Abstract Scorecard simplifies the conference abstracts submission process for potential speakers, creates an organized and easy way for reviewers to evaluate the submissions, and generates comparisons based on your organization's criteria that make selecting the final manuscripts easy.
We know you don't just do conference abstracts. That's why the Abstract Scorecard is customizable. Collect, review, and select a variety of data the way you think is best. The most popular options beside calls for papers are award selections, grant applications, and poster collections. Thank you for asking me to be a reviewer. The online portal was fantastic and very easy to use. In the future, I would highly encourage you to ask fellow reviewers to not identify themselves as the abstract submiter or identify it as one of their colleagues or friends. The purpose of the system you have set up is to provide anonymity. By announcing who's abstract is who's forces a bias on fellow reviewers defeating the blind review intention.
this score card approach was a great and easy way to provide a score on each store leader.
I loved the website. It was easy to work and view the abstract. The summary at the end was valuable to see the general impression and look at the group as a whole. I would recommend this method be used again.
