Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard has color coaded activity bars for both submissions and reviewers.
Also custom reports, a complete technical support package, and at-a-glance submission statistics for instant progress reports.
Submission
The Abstract Scorecard makes submissions easy. Multiple authors can be added with system login created upon entry. It has step by step process that is intuitive for submitters to complete.
Also users can log into the system and modify their submission up until the closing date.
Admin Controls
The administrator has easy asscess to any user information in the Scorecard. It is easy to change review/submission settings to customize the process or send messages to the submitters on the main page.
There is also the ability to quickly view users and see their completetion process.
Reviewer
Reviewers can assess up to 20 questions, allowing for an in-depth evaluation as well as space for additional comments. Each reviewer's statistics are constantly updated so the always know where they are in the process.
Reviewers can also grade each abstract submission while referencing the information in a side-by-side format.
