Often begun up to a year in advance of the event, an abstract collection system has three phases: Submission, Review, and Selection. CadmiumCD has made each of these phases easy for you, your submitters, and your reviewers. xxx

Save countless hours and simplify your abstract management with the Abstract Scorecard™ Collection System. The Abstract Scorecard™ is integrated directly with the other modules CadmiumCD provides to help you deliver your conference educational materials to your attendees, allowing for a seamless process of collecting, picking and publishing the content for your conference.

Easy Submission Stage:

With the Abstract Scorecard multiple authors can login and review the abstract submission submitted by co-authors. They can preview their submission before submitting it and can continue to edit their abstracts up until the submission period ends.

With the Abstract system it is easy to identify multiply positions and organizational affiliations.

Easy Review Stage

Have the ability to design a review score card that is customized for each type of submission. A side-by-side scorecord with abstract submission allows reviewers the opportunity to answer questions right next to the submission itself and different reviewers can be assigned all or some of the submissions to review.

In the review stage, reviews can be blind, allowing for complete neutrality, and reviewers can recuse themselves based on perceived conflicts of interest.

“The Harvester™ abstract system successfully reduced employee effort required to manage the Call for Abstracts by at least 40%. Despite our complex requirements, the sophisticated interface was extremely intuitive. Both abstract authors and reviewers found it helped decrease the review period from eight to four weeks.”
