Welcome to the 2019 SACME Annual Meeting Call for Abstracts and Phil R. Manning Research Award in CME Submission Site
The SACME Scholarship and Program Committees invite you to submit an abstract for presentation at the 2019 Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education Annual Meeting which will take place on February 26 - March 1, 2019 in Charleston, South Carolina. (Pre-conference workshops will be held on February 26th.) Our meeting will provide a lively and stimulating atmosphere as well as
award opportunities for outstanding scholarly presentations.
You are also invited to submit a Letter of Intent for the Phil R. Manning Research Award in CME.
The Scholarship Committee is accepting submissions for the following:
- Research in Continuing Medical Education (RICME)/Continuing Professional Development (RICPD) (15 minutes)
- Best Practices, Innovations, and Digital Solutions for CME/CPD (10 minutes)
- Oral Quality and Practice Improvement Solutions for CME/CPD (10 minutes)
- Facilitated Poster Session (4 minutes)
- Workshop (90-180 minutes)
- Phil R. Manning Research Award in CME

Call for Abstracts Submission Deadline EXTENDED: Monday, September 17, 2018 (11:59 pm EST)
Manning Submission Deadline: Tuesday, September 4, 2018 (11:59 pm EST)
Notification: Abstract notifications will be sent to corresponding authors prior to
November 30, 2018. All primary presenters
must register for the SACME Annual Meeting prior to January 15, 2019. Manning Research Award LOI submissions will be reviewed by October 15, 2018.
