The Call for Presentations is
now closed. Thank you to all who submitted an abstract for either a peer-reviewed manuscript, oral presentation or poster.
Important Deadlines:
- Deadline to submit symposia proposals: closed.
- Deadline to submit all abstracts (individual speakers within a symposium, general oral, posters, and peer reviewed papers): now closed.
- Deadline to submit peer-reviewed MANUSCRIPTS: June 30, 2017.
- Notifications of acceptance will be sent by early August, and the schedule will be posted online in mid August.
- Please submit an abstract only if you plan to attend the meeting. All presenters, whether presenting in a symposium, oral, or poster session, are required to register and pay the applicable fees. Deadline for presenters to register: September 1, 2017.
Abstract Submission:
- The scientific program will consist of three types of sessions: Symposia (oral presentations organized by a topic of interest); Contributed Oral Presentation (grouped into sessions by topic); and Poster Presentations.
- Please include all of the requested information and use the required format. Each submission must include the following: Contact Information, Presentation Type, Track/Symposium, Title of Presentation, Authors and Affiliations, and Abstract (up to 250 words).
- In addition to Fisheries and Wildlife technical sessions, presentations will also include the following tracks: Marketing, R3 & Communications; Administration & Business; IT/Licensing; Law Enforcement; and Legal disciplines.
- You may begin the submission process and return to your saved proposal any time up until the submission deadline. You can also login and make any modifications only until the submission deadline.
Eight special symposia will be included as part of the technical program at the 2017 SEAFWA Annual Conference.
