Welcome to the MAXIMIZE: 2015 Multifamily Asset Management Conference Call for Presentations/Call for Speakers Application Site
Session and speaker proposals are now being accepted for MAXIMIZE: 2015 Multifamily Asset Management Conference, the multifamily industry's sole event dedicated to asset management and long-term value creation for apartment owners, investors and operators. Written session proposals or speaker recommendations must be submitted via this form by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Thursday, April 23. Late or Incomplete submission will not be considered.

Conference planners are seeking new ideas and innovations for the event’s education-based content designed to highlight current issues and challenges and provide solutions for multifamily asset managers charged with creating value for investors. Submissions should focus on the conference’s seven key topic areas: New this year, we have two submission options for prospective speakers:
Call for Presentations
(Option A): Submit a session proposal whereby you create the content and choose the speakers.
Call for Speaker (Option B): Submit your qualifications to be considered as a speaker for one of our pre-created panels.


To begin the online submission process, submitters must set up a profile, which includes contact information. Submission components vary between Option A and B as indicated below:

Submission Evaluation and Selection
Your proposal will be evaluated using the following criteria:

April 27 – May 4, 2015 MAXIMIZE: 2015 Multifamily Asset Management planners evaluate proposals and make selections
May 11 – 15, 2015 Selection notifications sent to proposers


Guidelines governing submissions and selection:

Our first preference is to maximize peer interaction between representative owner/manager companies. We recognize that in certain expert areas, consultants and suppliers have comprehensive and cutting-edge information and encourage speaker proposals from both communities. NAA/JTCG retains the right to select speakers as it sees fit, based upon the projected value that the proposed speaker brings to a specific topic.

An individual or company may be proposed for a maximum of three sessions (either three Call for Presentations or three Call for Speakers or a combination of both totaling three).

The number of sessions that an individual and/or company will be allowed to present upon will be limited to two. This includes appearances as a presenter, panelist or moderator.

To be considered, potential speakers must submit all requested information via the online form. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted or reviewed. No paper documents will be accepted.

The submission deadline is Thursday, April 23, 2015 (11:59 p.m. ET). There will be no extensions or exceptions.
