Overview
The 2015 NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition will be held February 17-18 at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas.

Individuals who are interested in presenting and sharing their knowledge with professionals focused on providing the very best in student housing are encouraged to submit a proposal through our online platform by September 19, 2014.

While networking opportunities, the exposition, or even the destination city rank highly among motivating reasons for attending the NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition, education programming is the foundation of our conference. Therefore, we seek to design a robust and well-balanced education program that focuses on the topics that NAA members value and require in their day-to-day practices. Operations continues to be the number one concern for this group of professionals.

NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition speakers selected from this process will receive a complimentary full conference registration to the 2015 NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition. ($575 value).

Please note that the submission process and requirements have changed for the 2015 planning cycle. Using this online submission process, you will be asked to provide speaker contact and credentialing information. You will also need to gather and organize the following components:

Submission Evaluation and Selection
The NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition Education Advisory Board (SHC EAB) will review, evaluate and score submissions using the following criteria:

• Relevance to the student housing market
• Intelligent and clearly articulated submission materials with achievable learning objectives
• Presenter/Speaker qualifications
• Provides useful information that attendees can apply to daily work life
• Appropriate to an intermediate or advanced audience

Aug. 11, 2014	Call for Presentations opens
Sept. 19, 2014	Deadline for submitting proposals
Sept. 19 - Oct. 6, 2014	NAA Student Housing Conference Education Advisory Board (SHC EAB) evaluates proposals and makes recommendations
Oct. 17 - 22, 2014	Selection notifications sent to proposers

Education Program Format
Education Sessions will take place on Tuesday, February 17 and Wednesday, February 18, 2015 Presenters/Panelists should plan to conduct a 60 minute presentation which should include audience engagement, with no more than three co-presenters/panelist. Please be sure to include at least one property manager, submission with suppliers only will not be considered.
