Submitting an Abstract:
For all submissions you must log into the Cadmium (WESTEC management system) collection portal.

New WESTEC Speaker:
Please create an account if you have not previously presented at WESTEC. Follow the easy prompts.

What you need prior to entering the system

• Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Position/Title, Company, Credentials
• List of Co-Author(s) Names, Emails, Positions, Organizations, Credentials

• Hi-Res Headshot Photo - 300 dpi jpeg
• Company Logo
