The Abstract Submission Site for the ACG North American Conference of Gastroenterology Fellows (NACGF) is now closed.
Please note that we cannot make any modifications, additions, corrections, or changes of any kind to submitted abstracts or author information.
Abstract submission notifications will go out in early February.
Notification of abstract acceptance and non-acceptance will be sent via email to the person listed as Presenting Author of a submitted abstract in early February 2019. Please do not contact the ACG Office prior to this date to inquire about the status of your abstract. The Presenting Author is responsible for notifying all co-authors.
Presenting authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation must attend and present the abstract at the assigned date and time.
Fellows of accepted abstracts will be expected to attend the entire conference, which begins at 5:00pm (Eastern time) on Friday, March 22, and concludes at approximately noon on Sunday, March 24, 2019.
Transportation and hotel accommodation costs for Presenting Authors of accepted abstracts will be paid for by ACG. Additional details will be provided upon acceptance.
Scheduling of Presentations
Oral Presentations will take place Saturday, March 23, 2019. Each author will have 10 minutes to deliver a slide presentation about their abstract. Presentation details will be provided upon acceptance. No changes in assigned presentation times will be permitted.
