THE NEW DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS IS MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, JUNE 8!

CIS is looking for a case report including those which can be presented as a mystery for discussion purposes, but should have a final diagnosis. Cases with management dilemmas which could be discussed are acceptable as are completed research projects germane to the field of primary immune deficiency.

There are 4 steps to the online submission process.

1. Title: Enter the title of the case/abstract and presenting author's email
2. Applicant and Author Information: Enter contact information for presenting author as well as any additional authors
3. Upload Documents: Upload the supplemental documents in PDF format
• Case/Abstract Text (1 page limit).
• Curriculum Vitae (3 page limit)
• Letter of support/recommendation (2 page limit) - letter may be from Training Program Director or Division Chief
4. Personal Statement: Respond to questions on how attending the CIS Summer School will advance your career (500 word maximum per answer):
