You will be using this form to upload your abstract details and update your contact information for the conference.

Authors are asked to provide vital pieces of information, including, but not limited to the paper title, presentation type, and a 45-word abstract, as well as all authors’ contact information. This information must be completed in its entirety; failure to do so may inhibit your ability to successfully complete your submission. The two-page PDF paper should be typed single space with one-inch margins on all four sides. Charts, illustrations and figures must fit within the two-page paper specification.

The 45-word Abstract will be used for publication in the Advance Program. Over length abstracts will not be accepted and will affect your ability to successfully submit your work.

The two-page Summary will be submitted for publication to the Conference Proceedings if accepted and presented.

Please be advised, only submissions that are presented live at the conference by a registered attendee will be eligible for submission to Xplore. Any paper not presented on site will be considered a “no-show” and pulled from the final proceedings. The IEEE Photonics Society does not accept video submissions.
