The AAMC is soliciting abstracts for health workforce research presentations for the 15th Annual AAMC Health Workforce Research Conference. The theme for this year is: Developing a health workforce for 2030 and beyond. The Conference Advisory Committee is most interested in research that informs health workforce policy, including research into the relationships between workforce and access, quality and cost, data collection and analysis, sources and quality of health workforce data, methods of measuring supply, demand, and need, and workforce distribution and diversity. Both quantitative and qualitative research submissions will be considered. Please note that while we encourage all submissions to consider how their work may relate to the theme, we will continue to accept abstracts across the full field of health workforce research, even if they are not specifically linked to the theme. Also, we continue to encourage and welcome submissions that directly address, incorporate, or touch upon diversity and inclusion.
