NAASS Annual Conference Proposals

This year’s theme is Innovation and Excellence Year-Round. As our profession represents a broad diversity of affiliations, roles, and areas of expertise, we welcome proposals on a broad range of topics and in the following formats: [To submit a conference proposal, please login to the submission site above.]

Conference proposals are due Aug. 6, 2018.

If you have missed the deadline, please contact the Conference Chair directly: email Susanna Cowan

NAASS Creative & Innovative Awards Submissions

NAASS is also accepting applications for the 2018 NAASS Creative & Innovative Awards!

Each year NAASS recognizes member schools that offer creative and innovative programs. Through these awards, NAASS seeks to highlight the importance of curriculum development, give credit to summer session administrators who make outstanding contributions to the operation/management of summer session, and provide a forum for members to learn from each other.

Awards will go to projects that show innovation and creativity in the following categories

Marketing
Either overall marketing plans or single marketing ideas

Credit
Courses for which students earn college-level credit hours that apply toward a degree

Non-Credit
All other courses categorized as non-credit, even though "credit" may be earned toward teacher CEUs, a high school diploma, etc.

Administrative
Approaches to planning, financing, marketing, reporting, administrative structure, public relations, student engagement/success, etc.

[To submit for the Creative & Innovative Awards, please login to the site above.]

Creative & Innovative proposals are due Aug. 31, 2018.

If you have questions, please contact the Awards chair directly: email Erin Moseley
