As a pediatric complex care professional, you understand the trends, issues, and challenges facing our profession. Now is your chance to share ideas that reflect your success stories and professional insight, as well as ideas and programs that enhance pediatric complex medical care service delivery. We are particularly interested in proposals that demonstrate innovative programs and services, evidence based practices that improve pediatric post acute care and new technologies.

The conference brings together providers of care for children with medical complexity which may include Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Pediatric Nursing Home Administrators, Occupational, Physical, Recreation and Respiratory Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists and Special Educators. Presentations are in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

On the day of the presentation, Approved Presenters receive complimentary conference registration, continental breakfast and lunch.
