The AAMC is soliciting abstracts for health workforce research presentations for the 14th Annual AAMC Health Workforce Research Conference. The theme for this year is: Building Bridges and Breaking down Barriers: Diversity, Inclusion, and the Health Workforce. The Conference Advisory Committee is most interested in research that informs health workforce policy, including research into the relationships between workforce and access, quality and cost, data collection and analysis, sources and quality of health workforce data, methods of measuring supply, demand, and need, and workforce distribution and diversity. Both quantitative and qualitative research submissions will be considered. Please note that while we encourage all submissions to consider how their work may touch upon diversity and inclusion, or how it might, we will continue to accept abstracts across the full field of health workforce research, even if they are not specifically linked to the theme of the year. Abstracts are being accepted through January 5, 2018.
