Tell Us What You Want Highlighted at the 2019 Conference in Orlando

As we gear up for the 2019 AAMC National Professional Development Conference for Institutional Advancement, we want to make sure we are developing content that fits your needs. As experts in the field, your perspectives and ideas drive the topics and sessions featured at the conference. Submit your best ideas to us in one of three ways:

• Concurrent Sessions - 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and targeted toward specific discipline collaborations.
• Deep-Dive Sessions - 2 hour delve into the nitty-gritty of germane topics that provide an interactive, hands-on approach to learning.
• Session Topic Idea - Don't have a full fledged session in mind? Submit your topic idea and tell us why this topic is important to institutional advancement.

We encourage highly interactive and innovative submissions that incorporate collaborations between all advancement disciplines. Preference may be given to submissions that incorporate speakers and content from both public and private institutions, medical schools and teaching hospitals/medical centers, large and small establishments and recognizes varying levels of resources.

So if you want to see your session proposal discussed in Orlando next year, this is what we need from you:

✔ One-two paragraph session description
✔ Three (3) learning objectives focusing on outcomes
✔ Proposed speakers
✔ Delivery format
✔ Target disciplines
✔ Target career level

All Submission are due by April 27, 2018 at 11:59 PM ET. No late submissions will be accepted.
