CGEA Spring Conference 2020
April 1-3, 2020
NOTE: With pre-conference activities on Wednesday
Hosted By: The University of South Dakota, Sanford School of Medicine
Holiday Inn Rapid City, Rushmore Plaza
Rapid City, South Dakota
This conference aims to establish a forum for disseminating best practices in medical education; to equip medical educators with necessary skills to develop, implement, and maintain successful curricular programs at all levels of training; and to celebrate educational leadership. The CGEA invites abstracts for the following presentation types for the 2020 meeting:
- Oral Abstracts
- Posters
- Small Group Discussions
- Workshops
- Panel Discussions
Proposals may represent original research (original completed research) or innovations in medical education. Abstracts can focus on any level of medical education (UME pre-clerkship or clerkship, GME, CME, or across the continuum).
All abstracts must be submitted online no later than
11:59pm (EST) on October 31, 2019.
We recommend that you prepare your proposal in a word processing application and then paste each component into the corresponding online section. An abstract submission is considered a commitment to attend the meeting and present if accepted, and an acknowledgement of the costs associated with travel and meeting registration. Abstract decisions will be sent to the contact author in January 2020. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by at least three reviewers. Students, residents, fellows, and new investigators are strongly encouraged to submit their work.
