CVC Fellowship Application
CVC is committed to the education of fellows in order to train the future generation of leaders treating peripheral arterial and venous disease. Every year, CVC offers scholarships to fellows enrolled in accredited vascular surgery, cardiology/ interventional cardiology and interventional radiology fellowship programs. We are proud to announce that again this year, CVC has partnered with Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and Gore in order to provide a limited number of fellows, which include registration fees, airfare/travel expenses (maximum $500) and registration fees.

Fellows are required to attend at least 2 full days of the conference in addition to one of the following sponsored events (during the conference dates):

Complex Lower Extremity & Carotid Interventions Hands-On Program, Monday evening, July 18
Unique to CVC, the essentials of carotid intervention and crossing complex CTOs. Interact with CVC faculty to learn what they have learned over the years. BSC will provide their state-of-the-art, hands-on simulator and wet-lab training designed to fine-tune your skills (non-CME, sponsored by a grant from Boston Scientific).

Fellows Focus Breakfast Symposium, Wednesday morning, July 20
An intimate, interactive program focusing on the transition from Fellowship to Private Practice. World-class faculty discuss the evolution of their peripheral experiences (non-CME, sponsored by a grant from Gore)

Turf Wars: Making Peace So That You Can Find Your Place - Dinner Program, Wednesday evening, July 20
This interactive dinner will be led by two preeminent faculty members; a Vascular Surgeon and an Interventional Cardiologist. The open discussion will focus on tips and tricks for navigating the complicated political landscape that can be found in most institutions so that you can thrive in your career and optimize patient care (sponsored by Medtronic. br>
Fellows may choose to attend both events but must notify CVC by June 1, 2016.

This application process includes uploading a letter of good-standing from your Program Coordinator. Once an application is approved, hotel and flight reservations must coordinated with Luxe Travel.
