Complete this application in its entirety to request event function space during the 47th Annual Legislative Conference (ALC). Applications received will be reviewed and responded to beginning Friday, July 24, 2017 . Submission of this application does not guarantee the requestor a function space assignment. Assignments will be made based on space availability.
To be considered for function space, applications must be forwarded to CBCF (with full payment of $10,000 or indication that payment will be made by August 31, 2017. Forms received without full payment will be denied and returned to the sender without further review.
