On behalf of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association, you have been invited to apply to speak at the 2020 ADA/FDA joint annual meeting that will take place in Orlando, FL from October 15-19, 2020 through the online abstract submission site. All submissions will be reviewed for consideration and those who are selected will be invited to present in Orlando.

Abstracts must be educational in nature providing fair, full disclosure and equitable balance of all aspects of a topic being presented. No endorsement, commercialism or selling will be permitted.

We encourage you to prepare and plan for your course submission with these criteria in mind in order to provide the highest level of adult continuing education.

-Thought-provoking and interesting content for your target audience
-Innovative subject matter and new to the industry
-Topic to generate discussion and active participation from attendees
-Program is based on current best available science – Evidence Based Dentistry if applicable
-Subject matter can be implemented immediately into the participants practice

B. You are allowed to submit up to four (4) abstracts for consideration.

C. November 5, 2018: Deadline to submit abstract proposals for consideration (by 11:59 pm CST)

D. Late Spring, 2019: Notification letters scheduled to go out to submitter.
