Welcome to the FDRS 2017 Call for Poster Presentations
Posters:

FDRS is accepting abstracts for poster presentations related to fat disorders. Submit your topic/project/research you are interested in presenting on a poster at the FDRS Conference in an abstract of 200 words or fewer.

Deadline! All poster presentation submissions must be received no later than 5pm Central on February 15, 2017.

The call for presentations is now closed.

FDRS is looking for clinical or scientific proposals that deliver evidence-based (where applicable) and implementable skills and knowledge, cutting-edge content, and real-world cases related to lipedema or Dercum’s Disease.

Speakers are patients, physicians, researchers, therapists and other clinicians who have relevant and dynamic presentations for the lipedema and/or Dercum’s community.

Attendees of the conference are patients, care-givers, physicians, researchers and therapists. There are break-out sessions specifically for clinicians.

The clinical tracks include advanced and basic-level lectures, case-based presentations and fat disorder hot topics.

For each submission you will be required to provide 5 learning objectives. Please review this document Click here on how to write Learning Objectives. Every submission is reviewed by the FDRS Education Committee; we may contact you directly for more information.

Faculty Honoraria/Reimbursement:
FDRS does not reimburse for travel expenses nor provide honoraria.

The submission process can take up to 30 minutes depending on the availability of your content. We recommend having your topic(s) and/or objectives thought out ahead of time to speed up the application process. You will also need to submit a bio and photo (optional).
