Abstracts can be submitted for Oral Scientific Presentations or Electronic Exhibits. No hardcopy posters will be accepted. Case Reports and Case Series will be accepted as electronic exhibits ONLY. You may edit abstract(s) at any time before the closing date and time.

ELECTRONIC EXHIBITS
These exhibits should be PowerPoint submissions without animations that can be viewed by conference attendees on laptops provided in the exhibit viewing hall or on personal electronic devices. Specific instructions for the PowerPoint presentation(s) will be provided at the time of acceptance. The electronic exhibits must be submitted in their FINAL version by August 21, 2018, at 23.59 PST via a link that will be provided at the time of abstract acceptance. Please be aware that although a number of electronic exhibits will be chosen for recognition, only oral scientific presentations are eligible for the Radiologist-in-Training award. Additionally, at least one of the authors must register for and attend the meeting in order for the electronic exhibit to be displayed.

ORAL SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATIONS
Oral scientific presentations should be submitted to the on-site AV team the day before the scheduled presentation. Specific details regarding presentation timing will be provided following acceptance.

DEADLINE
The deadline for abstract submission is on May 15, 2018, at 23.59 PST. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. No changes to the abstract will be permitted after the deadline.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
You will be notified of the status of your application by June 5, 2018, at 23.59 PST via email.
