Read the instructions below in their entirety before you complete your abstract. All abstract submissions are due no later than February 26, 2018, by 5:00 PM EST.
- The application you are about to complete is separated into multiple sections including submission information, session contact information, moderator information, and speaker information.
- You may save your abstract submission as you go along; however, you must complete all the sections in order to complete your submission.
- Required fields are indicated throughout the application. Failure to provide required information will result in the elimination of your abstract in the review process.
- PHI Conference Planning Committee members and staff will review all abstracts. PHI Conference Planning Staff will make final selections. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the Session Contact Person/Presenter #1 by the second week of May. The meetings team reserves the right to edit abstract submissions, including titles and the combining of similar sessions.
