Welcome to AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting Submission Site!
Deadline to submit SIMULATION Abstracts: August 1, 2016 at 5:00 pm EST.

The AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM is the premier networking event for the otolaryngologist–head and neck surgery community. More than 5,500 of the brightest and most talented medical experts from around the globe will convene for this unique once-a-year opportunity to share practical and comprehensive knowledge to advance the specialty.

The Simulation Task Force will host a Simulation Showcase and Reception on Monday, September 19, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm as part of the 2016 AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM in San Diego, CA.

We invite you to consider showcasing your current simulator and simulation activities. This will be a chance to share your work with colleagues, see what others are doing in the area of simulation, and gain valuable feedback (both formal and informal) on your efforts. “Table top” demonstrations of simulators are preferred, but brief powerpoint presentations are acceptable for simulators which cannot be easily transported.

Using the abstract submission site, please provide the following information no later than August 1, 2016.

  • Simulator/Simulation Activity Description (maximum 150 words)
  • Simulator/Simulation Activity Project Goals and Expected Outcomes
  • Demonstration/AV Requirements
  • If you have any questions or wish to discuss your submission please contact the Simulation Task Force by emailing academyU@entnet.org.
