We are excited to share that submissions are now open for the June 2018 conference! C3 invites you to submit an abstract or case to be presented during the June 17 - 20, 2018 conference at Rosen Shingle Creek Orlando.

Review Process and Further Communications
There is no fee for this opportunity. All submissions must be made electronically through this portal. Upon review by the Scientific Committee, the submitter will be notified via email on whether the submission was accepted. We expect that this may begin by February 2018.

Shortly after receiving approval, log-in details will be e-mailed to you with access details to the C3 Faculty Portal. This is your next step after approval since various tasks need to be completed for hotel dates, bio, photo, and more.

Before making the decision to submit for presentation during C3, we require that you read and agree to the below guidelines.



Deadlines
The abstract and case submission deadline is May 31, 2018.

It is C3’s intention to post oral presentations on the C3 website after the conference, though it is not guaranteed that all presentations will be posted for viewing. Abstracts will be published in the online version of Journal of Invasive Cardiology or Vascular Disease Management post-conference Details regarding format will be sent in late June.

Presenter Expectations
Limited spots are available for oral presentations. If your oral presentation is not approved, you are welcome to re-submit it as a poster presentation, which has a higher probability for approval.

Coverage
If your entry is approved, C3 will email details via our faculty portal, regarding registration and hotel coverage (maximum 4 nights). Travel and any other expenses are NOT being covered.

Submitters of approved submissions will be listed as Associate Faculty. C3 only provides complimentary registration and hotel nights to the approved submitter. Additional authors do not receive any listing in materials, or status as Associate Faculty. At no time, should any individual submit several items and later request to change names for some of the approved submissions. All submissions need to be entered under the presenter name.

Important to Note
This platform will not accept videos or uploads. If you would like to highlight a video within a submission, please explain in your submission what the video(s) will cover.

We will accept submissions for abstracts and/or cases that have previously been presented at a conference and/or published.
