Welcome to the Northeastern Transportation & Wildlife Conference 2018 Call for Presentations
Suggested topics should pertain to current project or planning activities, emerging issues, applicable research findings and best practices that advance the field of transportation and ecology. These topics may include: local habitat connectivity (landscape, terrestrial, and aquatic), regional connectivity, stream restoration/fish passage, flood response, resiliency, mitigation, landscape/corridor ecology or planning, invasive species, innovation, partnerships, lessons from projects’ past, advancements in road ecology or other ecological issue related to transportation systems.
In addition to the traditional podium and poster presentations, we welcome presentation proposals that propose to organize complete conference sessions (e.g., facilitated panel presentation/discussions, interactive workshops, and special presentations) that are organized around a specific topic that relates the conference theme or an emerging issue in transportation and ecology.
Presentation abstracts will be collected
online only.

- Submission Deadline: Monday, April 23, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST
- The call-for-presentations submission will need to include: Contact Information, Presentation Format, Topic, Title of Presentation, Authors and Affiliations, and Abstract (up to 500 words).
- Notifications of acceptance will be sent by end of May, and the schedule will be posted in June.
- Speakers must register and pay to attend the conference. Registration will open in June.
