Submission Deadline: April 30, 2019

Sessions at the Preconference and Fall Forum are individual presentations not panel discussions.

Speakers must complete this online request to speak in order to present a session at the Preconference or the 2019 Fall Forum.

Each speaker may request up to 2 Preconference Sessions and 6 Forum Sessions.

Multiple speakers from the same firm may apply separately.

Please rate your preference of topics to speak on. You must choose AT LEAST one.

Speakers may also submit a proposal for a topic that is not on the NCEO list of topics for the Fall Forum only - not the Preconference. These proposals will be considered under the same guidelines as requests. Sessions must educational in nature, not a sales pitch.

Requests to speak will be reviewed as they are received.

Once you sign up with your contact information, and create your own Access Key, you will be sent an email with your Access Key. A second email will be automatically sent when you submit your topic requests.

Approvals/Regrets will be sent out as soon as possible after April 30, 2019.
