2018 New Frontiers:
Come share your expertise at the UCAOA Urgent Care Fall Conference October 12-14, 2018 at the Marquis Marriott in Houston, TX. We are looking for cutting-edge presentations from dynamic speakers. Please feel free to share this information with other healthcare colleagues who might be interested in presenting.

Presentation Information
The 2018 Urgent Care Fall Conference strives to offer attendees tools, knowledge and connections necessary to cultivate a better patient experience, drive value and improve profitability. We are interested in innovative formats to deliver content like open discussions and panels.

NEW Certified Urgent Care Management Professional (CUCMP) Coursework Submission
UCAOA is taking the Urgent Care Management Certificate (UCMC) to the next level with an opportunity for urgent care professionals to earn the Certified Urgent Care Management Professional (CUCMP) designation. We are looking for faculty who can put together presentations that will meet the need of the CUCMP domains. We would look to record these for the CUCMP curriculum and there would be a possibility of presenting at the Fall 2018 Conference, the 2019 Convention & Expo in West Palm Beach, FL (April 7-10) or a live UCAOA webinar in 2019.

Multiple topic submissions are preferred. For each submission, you will be required to create 5 specific learning objectives, You will also need to tell us why you or your proposed speaker are qualified to present at the Conference. If you have never spoken for UCAOA before you will also need to upload a short 1-2 minute demo of you presenting something. It can be filmed using your phone - nothing fancy. Every submission is reviewed by the UCAOA Education Committee. We will be asking the question "How can attendees use this information when they return to their jobs after the conference?" UCAOA will get back to you with any questions.

UCAOA has specific reimbursement policies for all speakers. Please review the Faculty Honoraria/Reimbursement Guidelines before submitting. UCA also requires that most speakers record their session post-conference as a webinar.

Deadline! All session submissions must be received no later than 11:59 pm EDT on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.

Please note: after creating a profile, you will be emailed an access key or password separately. Do not lose this code; save it in a secure place. The submission process can take up to 30 minutes depending on the availability of your content. We recommend having your objectives written out ahead of time to speed up the application process. You will also need to submit a bio and photo (optional).
