Wednesday, October 18, 2017-------Call for Presentations Closes
Wednesday, December 6, 2017------All Applicants are notified whether they have been accepted or declined
Monday, December 18, 2017---------Presenter must be registered for the Summit
Monday, April 9, 2018-------------------Presenter preparation call must be completed
Friday, June 1, 2018----------------------FINAL presentations, handouts, and technical needs are due
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply to speak on the main stage?
No, our Call for Speakers does not include main stage sessions. These speakers are accepted through a separate process.
When will I know if I will be a presenter?
All applicants will be notified if their proposal has been accepted or denied by Wednesday, December 6, 2017. You may be contacted prior to this notification date if the selection committee has any questions or needs additional information about your proposal.
Can I edit my proposal after I submit it?
Yes, you may go in and edit your proposal until the submission deadline of Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
