Welcome to the 2017 NCEA Institute for Catholic School Leaders (ICSL) Proposal Form
The 2017 NCEA Institute for Catholic School Leaders is dedicated to serve current Catholic elementary and secondary school principals, presidents, pastors and school board leadership, as well as provide professional development in the preparation and development of the next generation of Catholic school leaders in those positions. This professional development opportunity was designed by Catholic school leaders for Catholic school leaders in order to address and meet their specific needs.

Selection Criteria
The selection process involves a review of every complete proposal submitted prior to the deadline, February 21, 2017. 4. Content is focused, current, practical or innovative.
  5. Clear and concise organization of ideas and clearly written learning objectives.
  6. Timing - has the topic or the presenter been featured recently at a prior NCEA meeting.
