• Documentation clearly outlining the achievements and qualifications of the nominee
• Endorsements from 10 CIM National Members
• CIM National membership
• The nominee must be 45 years old or younger

Awarded to
Individual national member of CIM of 45 years of age or under

Purpose
Presented to a member not more than 45 years of age, who, by his or her accomplishments has set an outstanding example to young members of the Institute and to young men and women contemplating a career in the minerals industry.
