We want to ensure that every person accepted has time to register before the early registration deadline. We’re hoping to have all reviews completed by September 20. If you can’t get all of your assigned abstracts reviewed by this date, please let us know and we’ll find you assistance.

Once again, we will be using different judging sheets and criteria for case studies and scientific papers. Scientific papers are now judged on a weighted scale to create a greater margin of scores. The competition this year is much tougher with the high number of submissions, you may wish to adjust your scoring accordingly. Final selections will be based on the highest scores. There is no longer an “Accept with Revisions” option. However, there is a place for notes and to designate submissions for awards and press releases..

The deadline to submit abstract reviews is September 20, 2017.
