Abstract Notification of Acceptance (or not): July 28, 2014
You will be able to edit your abstract through June 23rd by clicking on the 'Edit Previous Submission' box. After June 23rd, the abstract is considered final and will be reviewed based on the content provided.

- Evidence Based Practice Abstract
- Quality Improvement Abstract
- Historical Research Abstract
Submission Requirements
- Each abstract submission will have one presenting author who must be present during the poster sessions. Attending to your poster will not interfere with conference attendance. Exact times that presenters are required to attend their posters will be posted after the agenda is finalized.
- Accepted abstracts will remain on a secure website that Academy members and guests (with permission) can access after the conference
- Review your abstract and check for typographical and spelling errors and scientific sense before submitting the abstract. Abstracts cannot be revised after the submission deadline on June 23rd.
- Your name, address, email and telephone information are used for various communications throughout the conference planning process. Please check that the information entered is accurate to ensure that communication about your poster will reach you in a timely manner.
- The cost for submitting abstracts for peer review is $30.
