ASQ invites you to submit proposals for presentation for the 2018 Lean and Six Sigma Conference in Phoenix, AZ February 26 – 27, 2018
- All proposals must be submitted to ASQ by June 28, 2017.
- All proposals must be completed and submitted via this submission site.
- You will receive receipt of your completed submission.
- Submission applicants will be notified in August 2017 of their status. Selected speakers will be provided with the guidelines and due date for submission of their final presentations.
- Submission of the proposal does not guarantee acceptance as a speaker at the 2018 ASQ Lean and Six Sigma Conference or any other ASQ Conference.
Proposal submissions must be made with the understanding that:
- Conference presentations will be delivered via Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Concurrent Sessions are scheduled in 60 minutes segments in length; which allows for approximately 45–50 minutes of actual presentation; 10–15 minutes for participant Q&A and dialogue. Sessions are strictly timed at the conference.
- Concurrent Workshops are scheduled for 2 hours. Presentations should be planned for 90–100 minutes with 10–15 minutes allowed for valuable Q&A interaction time between the audience and the presenter(s). Session times are strictly enforced.
- Proposals from each focus area may be grouped to form topic sessions and/or tracks based on reviewer feedback and subject matter. The selection committee reserves the right to limit multiple speaker selections from the same company or institution in order to achieve or maintain program balance.
- All submissions will be reviewed via a blind review process.
- We will not identify Program Committee reviewers.
