The Submission Portal is OPEN for requests for meeting space for group meetings and events to be in conjunction with the AAS 2019 Annual Conference.

We will accept the following requests:

• Business Meetings (Board, committees, groups, organizational meetings)

• Receptions (special events or receptions)

Please use this submission portal to provie your meeting in conjunction spave request(s). Submission submitted outside of this portal or emailed directly will not be considered and will be re-directed to this portal.

Accessing the space request form:

>> Click "Login" below to sign in with your AAS username and password to begin

>> Clocl "Create Account" if you do not have an AAS username and password.  You will be re-directed the AAS website to create an account.  Once the account is created, return here to login with your new AAS username and password.

 IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR AAS USERNAME AND PASSWORD: When entering your username below, a pop-up will appear that states enter email address. This is a general instruction. PLEASE move forward with entering your actual username; be it an email address or other characters. Please ignore this instruction in the pop-up.

Also, if your password includes an ampersand (&) symbol, this will not work in Cadmium. Please update your password in your AAS account by removing the ampersand (&); then return here to log in to the portal.
