Submission Eligibility and FAQs:

• AES, ALLA, or ABA membership:
  You do not have to be a member of AES, ALLA, or ABA to attend the meeting or to submit an abstract for meeting consideration.
• 2019 AES/ALLA/ABA Joint Meeting registration:
  Meeting registration IS required at the time of proposal submission, and all session participants will need to have registered for 2019 AES/ALLA/ABA no later than 3 pm ET, January 28, 2019. Failure to register by the deadline will result in the inability to submit the submission.

• Tuesday, November 27: Submission portal opens for abstract submissions
• Monday, January 28, 2019 (3 pm ET): Submission portal closes for abstract submissions
• Friday, February 8, 2019: Accept/decline notifications sent to submitters
