Welcome to the 2019 CSAS Spring Conference Call for Papers Site
The submission portal is accepting the following session types –

  • individually volunteered papers,
  • individual posters, and
  • oral presentation (organized paper) sessions.

    The submission portal will close promptly at 3 pm Eastern Time on Friday, January 25, 2019.

    Submission Eligibility and FAQs:

    • CSAS membership:
      You do not have to be a member of CSAS to attend the meeting or to submit an abstract for meeting consideration.
    • 2019 CSAS Spring Conference registration:
      Meeting registration IS required at the time of proposal submission, and all session participants will need to have registered for 2019 CSAS Spring Conference no later than 3 pm ET, January 25, 2019.       Failure to register by the deadline will result in the inability to submit the submission.
    • Questions:

    Please use this submission portal to provide your abstract and submission details. Submissions submitted outside of this portal or emailed directly to CSAS or AAA are ineligible and will not be considered for the 2019 CSAS Spring Conference Program.

    Timeline:

    • Tuesday, November 27: Submission portal opens for abstract submissions
    • Friday, January 25, 2019 (3 pm ET): Submission portal closes for abstract submissions
    • Monday, February 8, 2019: Accept/decline notifications sent to submitters

    Accessing the portal:
    >> Click "Login" below to sign in with your AnthroGateway username (email address) and password to begin.

    >> Click "Create Now" if you do not have an AAA profile. You will be directed to the AAA website to create an AnthroGateway account, and then you'll revisit the abstract scorecard to log in with your AAA information.
